We are currently shipping from Portugal, using an international tracked and signed mail delivery service (from CTT). The shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on where you live. You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking information once your items are on their way to you.
If you live outside the European Union, your order might be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Non Manon takes no responsibility for those charges at this time.
Lost and damaged items
Non Manon is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, and items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control. We also do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges/sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before purchasing.
Standard Shipping Estimates
Portugal – 1-4 days once posted.
Europe – 5-15 days once posted.
Rest of the world – 7-30 days once posted.
Exchanges, Returns & Alterations
If you purchased a made-to-measure piece, we aren't able to make any returns or exchanges, as it was especially made for you. Please make sure you measure yourself correctly (size guide here) and leave your measurements in the notes when you checkout. If unsure, just email email@example.com with any questions!
We can offer an alteration service at an extra cost if the fit is not as desired; please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you.
Right now, we are only able to accept exchanges or returns of standard sized items. If that's the case, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided. Please keep in mind that since we produce very small quantities, the same garment in your correct size might not be available anymore at the time of the exchange.
Exchanges, returns and alterations must be posted back with a tracked service, and the return shipping as well as shipping back to the customer should be paid for by the customer. We expect the item to be in perfect condition with all the tags.
